ECO4 Overview
Energy Company Obligation (ECO)
The UK ECO4 scheme, also known as the Energy Company Obligation is a government-funded initiative designed to improve the energy efficiency of homes in the UK. It is the fourth phase of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, which aims to reduce household carbon emissions, tackle fuel poverty, and provide energy efficiency measures to homes. It differs slightly from previous schemes as it has a "whole house" approach, which means a domestic property is surveyed with the aim of installing all required energy saving measures identified via the ECO4 fund.

Renewable Energy for Your Home
Solar PV
Solar PV systems harness sunlight and convert it into electricity, providing a clean and renewable energy source for homes. By generating electricity from solar energy, homeowners can reduce their reliance on grid electricity and lower their electricity bills.
Fun Fact
Solar panels have a long lifespan, typically lasting 25 years or more, providing a consistent source of renewable energy.
Air Source Heat Pumps
ASHPs are highly energy-efficient heating systems that can significantly reduce your energy consumption and lower your heating bills. By extracting heat from the outside air, they can produce more heat energy than the electrical energy they consume, resulting in higher efficiency.
Did you know?
ASHPs can provide both heating and cooling. They can be used for space heating during the colder months and as air conditioning units during the warmer months
